When first entering the IT world as a young female, challenges arose around confidence – am I rightfully informed and experienced enough to deliver the right guidance required to be successful.

What is the most rewarding part about being a woman in a leadership role?

The most rewarding part about being a woman in IT is seeing our customers succeed in what they set out to accomplish with the help of our growing female presence in the Information Technology space.

Why is diversity in business important to you?

TDiversity in business is extremely important, as winning ideas come in all shapes and sizes no matter from whom or where they are derived. We are all on the same team working together in the technology arena.

What advice would you give an aspiring female IT leader?

My advice to any female looking to join the IT leadership role is to accept the challenge and never look back.
