Our client, a major bi-state public sector agency, was facing significant challenges with their previous managed services provider. Our client, a financial services firm, found themselves in a difficult situation with their previous managed services provider. Despite paying premium rates, they were constantly dealing with account team changes, inconsistent support, and a service level that didn’t align with their business needs. Their managed services setup was limited to just a basic Network Operations Center (NOC), with no security provisions or help desk for user support. The lack of attention to detail, paired with an overstretched internal IT team, left them vulnerable and frustrated.
Overstretched Resources and Underperforming Support
Our client, a prominent food distribution services provider, was struggling to manage its IT infrastructure across multiple locations. They had just one person overseeing their entire network, and their managed services vendor lacked the skillset to properly support their complex needs. With only a basic Network Operations Center (NOC) and a limited voice contract in place, their network lacked security measures, redundancy, and the stability needed to support their day-to-day operations.
